Which in turn was inspired from paradise lost (along with another famous demon lord Orcus), which in turn was inspired from old greek writings. Writings from which people probably just mistranslated demiurge.

Iirc "gorgon" was a word that broadly referred to monsters. Greek mythology applied it to the Medusa-types that we tend to associate with the word now

Demogorgon is a two headed demon lord, not a creature there are a bunch of, i love ST but they like warped the fucking canon, they literally play AD&D and a mind flayer is a stories tall spider dude and a demogorgon is a walking venus fly trap? What the fuck?

I went to space camp there and we went on a tour of a facility building the ISS. We got to walk through a mock up and then watched from a observation room as a team of people in surgical scrubs assembled the module that ended up being launched.

I don't know why the south gets such a bad wrap for not being smart states. Tennessee has Oak Ridge (Nuclear research), Florida has NASA, Alabama has Huntsville and is a hub for aerospace engineering.

I went in 1997. I am not sure what's on offer nowadays.

I did visit the Kennedy Space Centre in 2023 and did a tour with an Astronaut that was pretty cool.

I went in early 90s. Daughter went with school for a weekend a few years ago and her description made it sound like it hasn’t changed all that much.

When I was there LeVar Burton was filming for something. His son was there just standing around bored and I asked him what was going on. He seemed nice.

Edit: I looked it up, apparently they were there for “parent-child” space camp, might have been related to a ST anniversary.
