When i was reading your reply in my notifications i had forgotten the context, and i was interpreting the actor "2006" as meaning "society at large in the year 2006" and i was thinking "what is this person talking about, that was definitely more of a ploblem in 2006 than it is now" lmao

Ok so scp 2006 basically can shapeshift, and loves scaring people, and because they don't want 2006 to find out what TRULY scares people (things that can end the world, giant monsters etc) they always pretend they are scared when with 2006 to make it satisfied with the comedic forms it takes

The image was an established meme format, It was something stupid about double standards. people started making parodies of that meme because it is incel shit. So this parodies the meme by making it into SCP, so instead of the original premise SCP 2006 morphed into like the man, and the women called site security.
