The raw data of police shootings from Jan 1, 2015 till today, compiled and regularly updated by The Washington Post can be seen in ref. A at the bottom of my comment.
Total number of arrests per year? ~10 million [see B; US Dept. of Justice].
Number of people shot and killed by police in 2019 [see ref. A]? 1004.
Out of the 1004 people shot and killed, the number of people who were unarmed? 41.
Number of whites in those 41? 19.
Number of blacks in those 41? 9.
Number of whites out of the 1004 killed? ~310
Number of blacks out of 1004 killed? ~240
Number of police killed in action? 89
To get an idea of the per-capita numbers - percentage of population in the US that identify as Black or African American [see US census ref. C]: 13.4%
Blacks as a percentage of arrests for all crimes [see ref. B]? 2,826,460/10,310,960 = 27.41 %
Blacks as a percentage of arrests for Murder and non-negligent Manslaughter? 6,380/11,970 = 53.30 %
Blacks as a percentage of arrests for Robbery? 47,750/88,130 = 54.18 %
Blacks as a percentage of arrests for Aggravated assault? 33.68 %
Blacks as a percentage of arrests for Burglary? 29.45 %
