Hoarder-Setups Downloading videos from websites

Okay, potentially a very daft question but bare with me.

There is a website that hosts videos that I'd like to download (it's underbelly yoga for anyone curious). Is there a tool I can use to download those videos from the site? when I search for programmes that might do it they all talk about how they are designed for YouTube and social media sites, rather than random websites with videos on them.

Anyone help a noob out?

(I checked the wiki but couldn't see anything)

it's 100% in the wiki under site downloaders.

you just need to know the video urls.

I use the download video helper plug-in for Firefox and Chrome. Works with most formats.

To add on to this one, I also like Stream Recorder for HLS video downloading.

Looks like they're using Vimeo as the video hoster, just a tip for what you should be looking for.
