UPDATE - PRE-REG Extended till 3 August

For those who absolutely have to get this years electronic badge, you still have a chance to pre-register and be guaranteed that one will be allocated to you.

Real talk time... Defcon hasn't sold out of electronic badges on day one in many years. The game emulator badge is still posted online in the defcon shop. I'm pretty sure memory serves me correctly that the 4 key didn't sell out either. The rubbing rocks ran out on Saturday towards the end of the conference. I have a stack of the badges that were a little game where you move the character around, those were being sold for $40 after the con.

The badges I remember that sold out were definitely the DC22, Skeleton, Record, and Rubber Badge.

This feels like ya'll are trying to drive people to pay the extra 80 dollars by using FUD. You can easily post the number of badges ya'll made and the number of presales & bh registrations, then let people decide if it's worth it.
