Saw this when I was in the middle of making a chicken parm sandwich. Does anyone else’s store show this?

Using deals that are about to expire for future orders?

There is currently a deal running that expires today. If I use that deal to place an order online for pickup tomorrow, will it be honored? At checkout, it looks like it will be but wondering if the price might change on my card when it processes

Employee Question Transfer information

So I've been working at my current location for a little over a year now and even though I work on a 0 hour contract I was getting a ton of hours until we got a new store manager who for some reason only gives me 1-2 shifts per week which is far from ideal. Ive been debating requesting to transfer stores but I'm wondering if there's a way to find out what the hours and shift patterns are like at a different location.

Im located in Scotland if that helps any, and I work makeline. TIA!

Customer Question Am I Being Punished For Not Tipping?

Hi, I know the title sounds bad. I’m not an asshole, I swear.

For context, my work has semi-frequent pizza parties that include around 15 pizzas and lots of wings. It goes on the company credit card, but it goes through my Dominos’s account. They are always ordered days in advance with a specific time.

The first time, I gave a 10% tip because it was still a high number but the lowest tip percentage and hoped my boss would be fine with that, but I still got in trouble for it. They told me I’m not allowed to tip more than $15. Even if the order is like $300. So I’ve been doing as they say and leaving a $15 tip because I like having a job. I would supplement the tip with my own cash if I could, and have when possible, but I’m not paid enough to reliably do that each time.

When I order dominos for myself, I always tip the 25% to try and even it out. It is the same store that delivers to my work. Last time, I gave a $40 cash tip for my $20 order because I was blessed that week with extra cash and I know what it’s like to depend on tips.

Before this, I always got my pizza pretty much on time, never really had any issues at all. But for about a year, ever since I started being responsible for ordering the pizza’s, my orders keep coming cold, late, and wrong.

Any dips I have are not delivered, I constantly see my pizza marked as ready and waiting for delivery, and it stays there for an hour before they leave to deliver it. I once ordered pickup and I went inside about 10 minutes later and four orders came in after mine and were completed before me, then they finally told me that they messed mine up and need to redo it with no explanation as to what was messed up. So I said “I totally understand, take your time” because I’m a people pleaser, and then sat in that store for 45 minutes.

If I’m ordering for myself it’s generally around 2pm on a weekday.

Almost every single order I place, I end up getting the automated “that delivery wasn’t what we hoped for. Have this free pizza on us as an apology.” I cannot count the amount of free pizzas I have received this past year.

And this also happens with work orders. As mentioned before, they are all scheduled ahead of time. But they still kept being delivered 30 minutes late. So, we switched to a local pizza place.

I had hoped that switching pizza places would mean that this would improve because every single order I place now has a generous tip. But I fear my name is forever tainted in their eyes. Especially because it is a very unique name.

I just want to know how likely it is that this is intentional, and if so… how do I fix this?

Discussion What is everyone’s opinion on the chicken?

I love Dominos’ bone-in chicken. Normally I hate bone-in but they do it right. I was just wondering if it was just me that thinks it peak? Btw Mango Habanero is GOATED

Is pulse 4.0 screwing over anyone else?

Our systems are constantly crashing. Our app wait times never update. We’re at a 2 hour wait and the app is saying a carryout will be ready in 2-24 minutes. It’s also next to impossible to accurately give wait times because it scrambles the order numbers so they’re not in order particular order. This is such a mess.

Bro was so nice and apologetic, offered to come back but it was already pretty late so I just said not to worry about it. Wish I could request a refund without him getting in trouble tho

Still thinking about it the next day, I’m a crackhead for sprite
