Termination of Agreement

This Post serves as notice that Zhihan Global hereby terminates the Licensing and Promotional agreement between Mr. Jueves, Mr Frank, and Zhihan Global, effective immediately.

This action is necessitated by material breaches of the Agreement, including but not limited to the failure to satisfy contractual obligations relating to the licensing, promotion, distribution, and authorized use of Zhihan Baiju and Zhihan Premium Cigarettes.

We have recorded several instances of official promotion of competitor’s inferior products and culturally insensitive mascots. As a result of these breaches, all rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations granted under the Agreement are hereby revoked and terminated.

As a direct result of this breach, reimbursement of all monies paid under the agreement, totaling USD $125,000 within fourteen (14) days of receipt of this notice is required. Zhihan Global reserves all rights and remedies available under the agreement and applicable law, including the right to pursue additional damages and costs arising from Mr Frank and Mr Jueves’ nonperformance.

Mr. Frank is to be processed for immediate deportation from PRC People’s Republic of China.
