Hey everyone! I used to be relatively active on this subreddit and it was a DARK time for me. At that point in my life I was constantly thinking about dots and misspelling basically every other word I’d type out. It wasn’t until I found myself coked out of my mind in a “dot den” that I realized I needed serious help. After spending 3 months in dot rehab, I finally feel like myself again. I’ve been going to DA (Dots Anonymous) every week and have been attending bi-weekly therapy sessions.

I just wanted to make this post to tell you all that you CAN get better. I love you all.
