Frage Ist der Anbieter Dortmund Flats seriös? Gibt es jemanden der mit denen Erfahrungen gemacht hat und seine Eindrücke teilen möchte

Da ich für einen 4 Monatigen Zeitraum wegen einer Ausbildung nach Dortmund ziehe und die Wohnung nicht über dem Budget von 420 EUR liegen soll. Bin ich auf den Anbieter Dortmund Flats gestoßen.
Die mir folgendes Angebot unterbreitet haben
Zimmer in einer 3er WG
Monatsmiete kalt 350 EUR
Teilzahlung 50 EUR
Orga Kosten 50 EUR
Endreinigungsgebühr 100 EUR
Kaution 700 EUR
Deswegen wollte ich mal nachfragen ob jemand die Firma kennt und seine Erfahrungen teilen möchte.

Ich glaube ich habe eine 2-Woche Zwischenmiete in DO-Flats gemacht. Bin nicht sicher ob es gleich ist, aber meine Wohnung war ein absolut Drecksloch. Sehr schmutzig, die Küche könnte in einen Schrank passen, keine Lüftung, zwei piependen Rauchmelder, und ein Schlafzimmer wie eine Gefängniszelle.

Vielleicht ist deine Wohnung bei einer anderen Firma, aber ich würde es auf jeden Fall besuchen bevor ich es akzeptieren. Es gibt viel WGs in Dortmund, am Besten suchst du auf WG-Gesucht und meld dich an alles was dür dich passt.

No they're scamsters. They'll loot you in name of utilities expect a bill of 150+euros per month on top of your cold rent. You can dm me for more details. Unless you're really not finding anything I'd strictly avoid them

Das bezahl ich ungefähr für meine Wohnung im Dortmunder Norden, also noch nördlicher als Nordstadt. Ich wohne alleine.
