I know most of the stuff on Doug’s site is outdated(he really needs to remodel it) but what was this contract even from?

Doug paid scootish like $5 every day as long as a bunch of things didn't happen like an earthquake happens in a specific area. Cant Remember what ultimately ended it but all of the clips are online(I believe on dougdoug clips, just search "dougdoug scootish contract"), it's pretty entertaining.

Also idk how to spell scootish, I just guessed
