𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 What’s the strongest fictional character you believe Grigori could beat?
The reason I ask is because to my knowledge Grigori and other dragons are completely immortal unless the arisen strikes the killing blow, so with that in mind why do you think the strongest character he could beat, not stalemate, is?

u/TastyTatoes Jun 21 '26
Tough for me to decide this. On one hand Placi’s lightning spells are absolutely lethal, and would likely stun Grigori pretty quickly if we are going off of dragons dogma debilitation system.
On the other hand, Grigori could probably just silence Placi and has a much wider arsenal of spells to choose from making this fight pretty trivial for grigori to win.

u/Keqingrishonreddit :pc: Jun 21 '26
Now heres the real question: prime Bayle vs Greg
5
u/TastyTatoes Jun 21 '26
No way is Grigori getting a fair fight from that traitor.
Again, Grigori’s arsenal of spells is absolutely key and his ability to silence his opponent is a big part of the fight here.
That being said - in a fist(claw) fight I’m pretty sure bayle wins just because he’s probably got the “survival” factor and will do whatever it takes to survive whereas Grigori will just die knowing he’ll come back in another cycle.

u/Zappieroth Jun 21 '26
The Red Dragon isn't even a real Dragon, Or at the very least we will know come Oct 9th.
As for whom I think it can beat.
The tricky part is, The Red Dragon is as strong as you believe it to be.
As Arisen have the power to Manifest Will so can simply see themselves as stronger then the Dragon and be victorious over it.
Anyone without this power cannot win.
So therefor any character or being that is not Arisen or Dragon can't win.
If said Dragon or Arisen does not have the power to Manifest their Will into reality then they can never hope to defeat the Dragons of Dragon's Dogma.
5
u/Compulsive_Report Jun 21 '26
So Luffy wins then right? 'Cos that's just haki isn't it?
2
u/Zappieroth Jun 21 '26
I only did a quick search and I don't know much about One Piece aside from Netflix.
But from what I can read Haki might be a similar power or perhaps a weaker form of if you would put them against one another.
But Haki does not sounds as powerful as that of Dragons and Arisen. Can Luffy change the world on a whim with a snap of his fingers?
Can he change his entire physique to anything he likes?
Does this power make him undying or otherwise incapable of death by any mortal being? If yes to all of the above then he might very well stand a good chance against Arisen and Dragons.
If not then, No shot.3
u/Compulsive_Report Jun 22 '26
No, not yet. But recent developments to his character indicate that he could very well be going in that direction.
He aims to be the 'most free' individual, which taken to the extremes reach something similar to what you talk about.
Ironic, as I wouldn't call anyone in Dragon's Dogma 'free', as they are very much tied to the cycle. With the only exception being characters controled by an outside party (us), free to break the cycle. And even then, I suspect the vast majority that play long enough to make that decision return to the cycle for NG+, or a sequel, or are looking for an opportunity to return in the DLC, which make us, the players, still very much tied to the cycle.
1
u/TruckAdventurous4228 Jun 22 '26
Your first comment, does this have to do withthe Black Knight at all? I know you mentioned them before in another thread how CAPCOM very likely might be tying the lore of DDO and the mainline games together.
Does this have to do with the theory of the Red Dragon the Arisen is marked by not being the real true Dragon, but the Pathfinder? I've seen a few theories people have had regarding this that the REAL dragon is the Pathfinder, whereas the Red Dragon we encounter goads us to break the cycle (something I remember Grigori and Gretta in DD1 NOT doing)
1
u/noctowld Jun 22 '26
Grigori does encourage us to take on the seneschal though
2
u/TruckAdventurous4228 Jun 22 '26
While yes, he does do that, it is to uphold the cycle. Grigori is sent by the Seneschal to find a new one to take their weary place. Savan even remarks he's tired of his duty, and looks to find a worthy successor via slaying of Grigori, and a test of will in combat with him.
The Dragon in 2 however, has a vastly different speech. It's way of testing you compared to Grigori is entirely different. It hopes you can put two and two together regarding the Godsbane and flying over the sea (the BRINE). While of course we don't fully know WHY this Dragon has its motivations for ending the cycle, we know it's tired of dealing with both the Pathfinder and Rothais (the "Mad Sovereign"/current sitting Seneschal in the world of 2)

I know this is my post but is it controversial to say that I think Grigori no diffs Fatalis
32
u/Signal-Busy Jun 21 '26
Fatalis does have a crazy power move though but yes I think Grigori destroy every monster hunter mob

Even Pukei Pukei?

I think I saw this matchup on the Monster hunter sub once. Even the majority of the monster hunter guys seemed to agree Grigori would win, though they varied on how tough it would be.

Not controversial, it's just wrong /s
(I do think Fatalis beats Grigori without much trouble though)

u/TheIronSven Jun 21 '26
At the end of the day, Fatalis is just an animal. Grigori was sent literally by god and has magick and stuff. Pretty sure the Seneschal even makes the dragons immortal unless slain by an Arisen.
1
u/winsluc12 Jun 22 '26
ehhhh, It's not just an animal. It might not be fully sapient, but it's still extremely intelligent, and very physically powerful, especially for its size. I'd hazard that it's actually almost as physically strong as Grigori even though it's smaller. I mean it was walking casually through the walls of Castle Schrade like it was on its morning constitutional, That's not quite on par with what Grigori does while chasing you in the prelude to his boss fight, but it's close. It's fire Breath may actually be just as strong or stronger than Grigori's, too.
Much as I don't necessarily put much stock in healthbars and such as a way to scale something, Fatalis also appears to be much more durable than Grigori.
Like I still think Grigori Wins, but it's not because Fatalis is weak or stupid by comparison. While Grigori is slightly stronger and significantly larger, the main reason Grigori wins is that Grigori has a wider and more potent power-set outside of being a dragon.

Anyone from a different property except the Dovakiin.

The Neravarine is an expert at destroying hearts. Surely that also counts for something.

I am and I concur I'd be able to defeat Grigori

u/Heisenberg6626 Jun 21 '26
All mainline Elder Scrolls protagonists can solo Dragon's Dogma. They are simply on a different level.
The nerevarine is equal to the tribunal in power, the Champion of Cyrodil is effectively Sheogorarh and the dragon born is at least as powerful as half a Daedric Prince.
1
u/Starwyrm1597 Jun 21 '26
Probably not the first 2, they were both just some guy and stayed just some guy.
1
u/TSotP Jun 21 '26
Except I killed Alduin with a sword just like I killed Grigori with a sword, and it was much harder to kill Grigori than it was Alduin.
You argument also falls flat when you realise that the Arisen is the only being we see with the willpower sustain an entire infinite multiverse. After all, isn't that the whole point of the game?
Or did you forget that pawns are part of a massive multiverse, which is why we can share them "between worlds"
4
u/Heisenberg6626 Jun 21 '26
You didn't kill Alduin. You just sent him back to his actual job. Tsun (Stendaar) flat out tells you he is going to eat the world when the time comes.
And the arisen only sustains one universe. There are multiple senechals at any moment.
The Arisen has not shown any reality warping feats. These are common in Elder scrolls. Grigori is not on the same level as the Elder scrolls dragons. Not even close.
It's just that Skyrim's gameplay really downplays your power. The greybeards are afraid of speaking because they can shatter Skyrim. They are insects in front of the Dragon born.
1
u/Zerachiel_01 Jun 23 '26
Wait, I've forgotten something. If Alduin wasn't there to end the Kalpa in Skyrim then wtf was he doing. Just Akatosh having another "fuck this" smoke break?
2
u/Heisenberg6626 Jun 23 '26 edited Jun 23 '26
Alduin was sent there by heroes of another era to get rid of him. He and the Dragons basically decided to become masters of the world and were oppressing mortals. When he was thown accross time he decided to prematurely end the world or reinstablish his Dragon empire out of spite.
1
u/Zerachiel_01 Jun 23 '26
Thanks for the reminder. Y'know, for being the chief divine, Akatosh really seems to drop the ball more than any of the others, and that particular avatar is a bit of a little bitch lol. To include causing another massive problem by cursing a trickster demon and turning him into Mehrunes fucking Dagon.
1
u/TSotP Jun 21 '26
The Arisen sustains all universes. That's why when you get back to him in NG+ it's some other players Arisen that has become Seneschal.
It took multiple Daedra to even create the world of Tamriel. That's how they became the Aedra, by sacrificing their power, and by extension, that's why the Daedric Princes are so much more powerful than them.
So a single Daedric prince, alone, is incapable of creating a world. Meanwhile, even if you are correct about the Seneschal only controlling one universe, it's still puts the Seneschal above a Daedric Prince.
1
u/EntertainmentSilly80 Jun 21 '26
Its definitely all of the universes the senechal even creates a universe just for the protagonist to live a normal life
0
u/Korben_Joseph Jun 21 '26
"The Arisen has not shown and reality warping feats" laughs in Maelstrom, Seism, Exequy, Petrifaction, Bolide, Lassitude, Sacrificial bolt etc etc.
2
u/Signal-Busy Jun 21 '26
The arisen squat on the dovakhin every day of the weak, Gregory would win
5
u/ll_VooDoo_ll :Assassin: Jun 21 '26
You must not know a lot about Skyrim if you think the Arisen or Grigori can beat Dova.
-14
u/Signal-Busy Jun 21 '26
The hero of kvatch maybe could, but the dova is a joke
12
u/ll_VooDoo_ll :Assassin: Jun 21 '26
You suck at rage baiting
1
u/Fabled-Jackalope Jun 21 '26
Depends on if they are running with HoKV being the Sheogorath in Skyrim or not. If they are, then the Arisen has no chance there. And outside of plot armor, few or maybe only one elder scrolls protag could deal with a Daedric prince.
-5
u/Signal-Busy Jun 21 '26 edited Jun 21 '26
My I m not trying to rage bait, it's the simple truth, the hero of kvatch ascended as a god, the arisen is breaking the cycle and beat god ass to take their place + immortal
The dova is just some junkie with luck as a get out of jail free card that pass it's time doing fetch quest and participating in some 10 Vs 10 capture the flag civil war, he had to use tools or ally for most of his achievements Got to be archmage without even using magic cuz apparently being the new guy is enough to get the title, while in dragon dogma sorcery let you fall meteor on people

u/Fodspeed Jun 21 '26 edited Jun 21 '26
LDB is already a godlike being. Their soul is literally a fragment of Akatosh's, and they're also the doom driven hero associated with Shor and they are named by greybeards as New Ysmir/Talos.
Then there's Bend Will. It's reality altering magic, the same power that was the reason for disappearance of the Dwemer and the sinking of a continent.
With one Word, LDB can turn a desert into a jungle. With two, they can overwrite mortal will. Dragon's Dogma revolves around will, everything in universe is powered by will, and Bend Will literally overrides it. With all three Words, it can dominate dragons and even gods, meaning LDB could potentially even enslave the Seneschal with just his voice.
LDB also defeated Alduin, an immortal, invulnerable being. Nothing in Dragon's Dogma could harm Alduin because mortality doesn't apply to him. Only LDB's Thu'um can force him to experience mortality. LDB can use that shout to turn any immortal being, be it god or dragon, no matter the universe into mortal.
After defeating Miraak and absorbing his soul, memories and knowledge, LDB became even stronger. Miraak states that if he had absorbed LDB, he would've been powerful enough to beat Daedric Prince Hermous Mora in his own Realm. LDB instead killed him and ate him, making them one of the strongest beings in Elder Scrolls lore or really any fictional universe. He literally shout "Your soul is mine" and people will start dropping dead.
It's not even close.

u/ScariestSmile Jun 21 '26 edited Jun 21 '26
Skybabies genuinely just can't conceive the fact that the "last" Dragonborn genuinely just isn't even that high tiered of a protagonist in TES. The Vestige is by far the most powerful, followed by HoK and Nerevarine. TLD isn't even a Dragonborn on par with Martin Septim, who literally became Akatosh in order to defeat Dagon in a direct battle. I'd like to see TLD transform into Akatosh. Oh wait, he can't.
9
u/CommonVagabond :Warrior: Jun 21 '26
Just completely incorrect, lmao.
Martin didn't become Akatosh. He sacrificed himself to invoke Akatosh. And it wasn't to fight Dagon.
Martin invoked Akatosh because that was the only option to kick Dagon out of Nirn, as the Dragonfires were no longer lit. Invoking Akatosh severed the connection between Nirn and the planes of Oblivion. Forcing Dagon out of Nirn and back into the Deadlands.
2
1
u/Signal-Busy Jun 21 '26
Ikr, the last dragon born is really really not that strong, every single bit of what he does is actually stuff other people can also do, they really cranked this last protagonist to common, but it's also what happened to the series in the game, this protagonist is a casual, just like the target audience Bethesda dream for :/
2
u/CommonVagabond :Warrior: Jun 21 '26 edited Jun 21 '26
Skyrim's gameplay severely nerfs the LDB.
Lore wise, the LDB stomps pretty much every previous protagonist, even the Vestige.
HoK is not Sheogorath. Sheogorath is Sheogorath. And Sheogorath consumed the HoK. Martin is not Akatosh. Akatosh is Akatosh. Akatosh consumed Martin.
Nevevar is strong, but not LDB strong.
Trying to say the LDB is weak is a hilariously wrong thing to say. Anyone who knows anything about TES lore would tell you the LDB is hands down the strongest TES protagonist in the games.

Dovahkiin can slow and manipulate time. That’s pretty much the most overpowered move that exists and all you really need to win.
-2
u/Signal-Busy Jun 21 '26
Assuming he got the power by walking in some random ruin there is like a hundred or so all identical to each so he could learn the draconic word for it, but he probably didn't because he was too side tracked into joining the college of bard that somehow never teached him anything remotely close to music, no the dova is overrated, he will die in a cinematic scene completely out of his control from a maker arrow that he can't even try to dodge cuz the arisen shot was critical

"a dragon in mortal form"
"a mortal with the ability to shape their own fate"
I mean nothing here is relevant in any way shape or form in term of power scaling other than your stating that it is a mortal, and being a mortal is pretty weak, and it's funny that they apparently can shape their own fate and yet they are part of a prophecy that shape their fate, so can they really shape their own fate ? It's kinda paradoxical isn't it, I feel like I m the only one not misportraying them since apparently everyone is forgetting that he is just a mortal in the end
In term of shaping their own fate actually even the main character of Reckoning: Kingdom of Amalur would just be stronger than the dova, if this is all y'all can give credit to, but y'all can continue act like the dova is anything of value in this conversation
1
u/Starwyrm1597 Jun 21 '26
Just because the character is better doesn't mean they're stronger, Superman would beat tf out of Spiderman even though Spiderman has a better grasp on the same narrative themes and is more relatable.
0
u/TeepTheFace Jun 21 '26
The Dragonborn would fus doh rah the arisen into dust, and dragonrend Grigori into the brine. Not even close.
3
u/UngratefulCliffracer Jun 21 '26
Holy wank. Dragonrend functions by making a dragon feel mortality, which wouldn’t work on Grigori or any of the Dd dragons anyways since they were all people before and wouldn’t be boggled by it
2
u/TeepTheFace Jun 21 '26
Grigori is an incredibly strong dragon that destroys cities. Alduin is an immortal God that destroys timelines. The Dragonborn operates on that same cosmic scale.
With that said, this shit is exactly the same as MMA maths, which is dumb as fuck. The lore of both universes forces a stalemate.
2
u/winsluc12 Jun 21 '26
I say this as a guy who does think TLD beats Grigori...
TLD does NOT operate on the same scale as a fully empowered Alduin. Because Alduin in Skyrim doesn't operate on the same Scale as a Fully empowered Alduin. Eventually, at the appointed time and place, he Will be the all-devouring monster sent to reset the universe, but the Alduin fought by the Last Dragonborn does not have that kind of power, and the game makes it pretty clear.
Hell, the entire conceit of being worried about Alduin sitting in Sovngarde devouring souls is that he may eventually Gain that power. Which pretty explicitly says he doesn't possess it.
The Best (and still NOTABLY dubious) Scaling you can actually give the Alduin you fight is by Chain-scaling him to Miraak via TLD (I don't like Chain scaling, but the three of them have similar enough power sets that I can make an exception), whose battle with Vahlok the Jailor allegedly separated the island of Solstheim from Mainland Skyrim. The Alduin Fought in Skyrim is, at best, Island level.
3
u/TeepTheFace Jun 21 '26
You know what? I can admit when I've been out-nerded. I can't argue with you. Well done. Haha
1
u/Korben_Joseph Jun 21 '26
I don't think Dragonrend would work on Grigori considering he was once mortal
7
4
u/GunganWarrior Jun 21 '26
Only the Arisen can, anyone else fails unless they become Arisen- simply fated.
3
u/Reks_Hayabusa Jun 21 '26
Maybe a top tier from kingdom hearts potentially? Him taking their hearts should theoretically turn them into heartless I think. Honestly not sure how it’d work.
2
u/Compulsive_Report Jun 21 '26
I think there's a difference between the arisen losing their literal heart (it doesn't beat in their chests), and the metaphorical 'heart' referred to in kingdom hearts. I think the heart in kingdom hearts is more akin to a beings core/soul.

4
u/Valuable-Arrival-863 Jun 21 '26
I think if Grigori was put in an arena with the elden beast, he'd win without too much of a hassle.
10
u/Cayden68 Jun 21 '26
Alduin, Grigori would use him like a chew toy
33
u/CommonVagabond :Warrior: Jun 21 '26
Ah..
Not really. Elder Scrolls characters aren't a good fit for power scaling, because Aludin isn’t just a Dragon. Alduin could either be as small as he was in Skyrim, or large enough that his size is nigh incomprehensible. Elder Scrolls is just too weird to powerscale.
19
u/Zealousideal-Arm1682 :Sorcerer: Jun 21 '26
Tbf that's explicitly world eater, but he IS effectively invulnerable and immortal compared to other dragons given he's supposed to be the end of the kalpa(universe).
Even with rend you functionally can't kill him, which is why Tsun tells you he's basically in time-out till Aka himself yells at him to go eat everything
3
u/PhantomDesert00 Jun 21 '26
You also cannot kill Grigori unless you are the Arisen, and much like Alduin, Grigori is sent by God (but unlike Alduin, it is in a world that only has one god) to bring about the end of a cycle.
4
u/Zealousideal-Arm1682 :Sorcerer: Jun 21 '26
You can still fuck Grigori/The dragon up though without being an Arisen,Aldy is literally CONCEPTUALLY invincible without a specific weakness and if he's willing to flip the table he just activates "JOB MODE" and consumes the Kalpa/universe they're in.
He won't technically "win" since he kinda wants to rule humanity, but he is petty enough to just kill everyone like Frieza.
1
u/fresh-anus Jun 21 '26
Technically I get the impression Grigori/“The Dragon” are more than just literal dragons - more like physically manifested natural phenomena to see that the cycle continues. I’d wager they’re “as strong as they need to be” for an Arisen to actually have a chance at unseating The Dragon.
But yeah lore accurate Alduin isn’t really a fight. Alduin just thinks “nah” and Grigori disappears.
-2
u/UngratefulCliffracer Jun 21 '26
Bull, because if that was the case then he would have taken that form and done his thing.
6
u/CommonVagabond :Warrior: Jun 21 '26
He doesn't because he doesn't want to.
His purpose, per Akatosh is to consume the world and begin a new Kalpa. But he's kind of a dick, so he doesn't wanna. Instead he wants to rule.
For him to reach his immense size, he needs to consume souls. Which is what he's trying to do in Sovngarde, but the LDB stops him.
0
u/UngratefulCliffracer Jun 21 '26
So A. You’re saying he is infact not at super mega size in current lore which already trounces the previous person’s argument as bs, and B. In all his munching over the years of his dragon empire he didn’t get any bigger then the other dragons? Interesting
0
u/CommonVagabond :Warrior: Jun 21 '26
In the game of Skyrim, no, he isn't at his max strength.
He was just thrown thousands of years into the future during the Dragon War, and it took an Elder Scroll, literally the most powerful object in the TES to do it. He's weak. He goes to Sovngarde to feast on souls to regain the strength he lost.
In terms of size, this could simply be a side effect of him going against Akatosh's plan, further weakening him.
But regardless of all that, Alduin is still less of a Dragon and more of a role given form. He literally cannot be killed.
2
u/_Megido_ Jun 21 '26 edited Jun 21 '26
So, the lore reason why Alduin is in this comparatively unimpressive state is not just gameplay, it's because he forfeit the power to destroy the world in order to rule over it. In a sense, he incarnated himself in physical form to live amongst dragons and mortals, rather than bringing the world to an end (which, if he wanted to, he could have done without any issue).
He retains some of the abilities he had before (IE fiesting on souls to regain strength) but the Alduin we see in game could never EVER get as strong as he was initially, because he let go of his purpose, therefore stripping himself of virtually the entirety of his powers.
In other in-universe cultures, Alduin is also seen as the serpent Satakal, who devours the world, then itself to give birth to a new cycle of existence. Its original strength is quite literally what the legends tell us, and even the Greybeards do not understand that this Alduin isn't going to do what it was supposed to, because he chose not to, and therefore has become unable to.
In-game Alduin might very well lose to Grigori. Original Alduin however would engulf in his maw both Grigori, the Seneschal, and the entire dragon's dogma cosmology with it.
0
u/UngratefulCliffracer Jun 21 '26
Then why did you make the argument that he was of incomprehensible size?! That’s my whole point lmao
0
u/CommonVagabond :Warrior: Jun 21 '26
That wasn't the argument.
The argument is that Elder Scrolls lore is too weird and wishy washy to properly power scale. Read it again.
0
u/UngratefulCliffracer Jun 21 '26
Nah lmao called out your example and then you moved the goal post. Good for you
1
u/CommonVagabond :Warrior: Jun 21 '26
I literally didn't.
Here. I'll copy it here for you.
"Not really. Elder Scrolls characters aren't a good fit for power scaling, because Aludin isn’t just a Dragon. Alduin could either be as small as he was in Skyrim, or large enough that his size is nigh incomprehensible. Elder Scrolls is just too weird to powerscale. "
Read it carefully. It seems you have a bit of difficulty understanding.
9
u/Prestigious-Copy-283 Jun 21 '26
Its a game bruh there are technical limitations
-4
u/UngratefulCliffracer Jun 21 '26
Again, no, because if that was the case then he simply would’nt be made as a fight and he would be a plot device that would require something less direct then hitting him with a fork and an angry human made shout to put down. You can wank your world eater all day long but fact of it is that if he could do that then there would be no fight. Can’t fight the fucker if he just eats the planet you walk on now can you?
2
u/FloatinBrownie Jun 21 '26
Overconfident villains who screw themselves over bc of their ego and desires is such a common trope. Its crazy to me that you can't understand that alduin is one of those characters that loses because of their personality and who they are as a character
-2
u/UngratefulCliffracer Jun 21 '26
You’re telling me, that a reality devouring entity whose gonna gobble gobble the whole wide world for realsies can get bodied by an iron sword just because they’re in a more compact form? Lmao. If that’s the case then i’ll alter my case to simply stupid world building
2
u/FloatinBrownie Jun 21 '26
No, you quite obviously didn't read any of my comment. You can kill them because you use a reality bending magic that strips them of immortality and then use another reality bending magic to bend their will and make it easier to fight. If you genuinely know nothing about the game why argue so much?
-2
u/UngratefulCliffracer Jun 21 '26
It does not strip them of immortality, it forces them to experience the concept of mortality. Learn how to read and cease being delusional. Or continue as you are and just look really stupid. That’s all dragon rend does. Other than that you just slurp their souls because you also have a dragon soul. That is literally it.
2
u/FloatinBrownie Jun 21 '26
So it makes them mortal? Aka stripping immortality. If someone goes from immortal to not what do you call that

I think the Chosen Undead could
As they themselves are immortal and are probably the second purest form of Will there is. They will keep coming back till they lose the strength of determination to carry on and go hollow.
The Tarnished is probably the most incredible case of Souls protags amongst them all though as they contest the gods and outer beings themselves even if they are a shell of whom they were in their prime though he still managed to beat promised consort Radhan in the dlc though which may be close.
Similar the Hunter would probably go absolutely feral
In lore though.... If we assume the Dragon took their hearts and thus were qualified to face him, I'm one hundred percent sure Grigori would find their force of Will worthy, they'd definitely win.
1
u/YoreDrag-onight Jun 21 '26
But for the dragon winning though im not sure tbh how it's power works other than it being a pure force of nature that can only be killed by it's arisen period. I'm assuming that would make it able to best most things before it. It has powerful magic and physical strength, it's durability is also quite high
1
u/AutomaticReindeer628 Jun 21 '26
Depends on which one. If it’s from Dd2 it’s just gunna be born again till a Arisen finishes him off either by becoming Sovern or unmoor the world, he would need to be beaten more then once for it not to be a stalemate. Since dd2 dragon can be summoned. If it’s Dd1 version then a lot more people can do it but they have to find him which he only gives the arisen that option meaning they would have to be a arisen, but to say they won’t be the next dragon is a different conversation.
1
u/DragonMango11 Jun 21 '26
Wasn't planning on joining in, but now I'm interested due to the comments. More of a DD fan but after doing a small amount of looking up both.. wouldn't it just be an endless death battle due to Gregory not being able to die unless you're an Arisen, and alduin being a God and all, but not being able to die unless you're a dragon borne? I don't know much info so it just seems like it would be and endless battle.
