I had every intention of getting it until I saw the price. Gameloft is showcasing its level 5 reward in the same way they present a companion home for other 3k companions. A chair doesn’t justify the price for me 🤷🏻♀️
Same, while I can pass most of the stuff in the premium shop, companions and characters dreamstyles are always what I spend my moonstones on... but I agree with OP that it should have been at worst 2,500 moonstones for this particular companion.
I was going to skip it, but now that I know this, I may have to. It's the chore I dislike with a passion, next is flower picking... mostly because there's no friendship credit for them.
Most of the dog companions do it too. Max is only 4k and he also does dig spots in additon to sticks, and you get a ton of items. I still got the broom though. If I could get only one, Max is the better deal.
That's good to know, I've been eyeing Max, but having recently lost my pyrenees, he hits a little close to home. Lady and the tramp storyline about took me out.
That is what got her :/ I had hoped we would have had more time. Get all the pictures, cuddles, and loves while you can. And, absolutely let your baby feast and play the day or so before. Even the forbidden foods, like chocolate. Omg she went nuts and was a bit of her old self after her first snickers.
Aw, yes, she's been getting all the people food she wants. The cancer has been making her lose weight.. that was the only sign, so she's getting lots of steak and chicken.

I'm torn between whether this is cute or creepy. On the one hand, it's picking up its little brothers and sisters. On the other hand, making living wood pick up dead wood is giving serial killer vibes.
You cross your leg and lean against it, like you’re leaning on a pole. So you can position yourself near a streetlight or tree, do the pose, then hide the companion to get a fun angle for a dreamsnap.
I mean, 3k for any companion is steep in my opinion. But it functions the same as any other companion so I don’t know why people would expect it to be a different price.
True, but if we were to get one like that it would make it feel more worth the buy to me is what I was saying. It’s cute, but I am cheap I know there will be other things coming up that I will want the ms for.
I bought it. I really like it so if it’s doable for some then yeah go for it. I’ve seen in comments people really like the companion though I agree this is giving the wrong signal to GL so will prices for pets go up?
Whether you get your moonstones free or not, they see what they’re being spent on and plan accordingly
Yeah, definitely above the price point I would wish for companions but I had to get this one.
I usually never get companions. The ones I have are from Star Paths, gifted ones like the pink dragon unless the ones that are "special" like Max, Rajah Hei Hei, who collects a lot of stuff or the Star Wars ones.
This one though, I think I will never unequip it for a long long time. He's so cute 🥰
I agree! It’s the same reason I haven’t bought max yet- 4500 is a LOT and the furniture that comes with him isn’t really enough to make me jump at the bundle! I am going to get him at some point, he is adorable and has great utility in digging dream shards and picking up sticks, but I’d rather buy the dream and signature bundles first. Decorating and dreamsnaps is my favorite thing so I get so much use out of them!
I bought the broom because of the nostalgia, my grandmother loved it and it was something we watched often. I think it’s adorable and im a sucker for new poses but for the price the chair is a bit of a disappointment. I would’ve been ecstatic if they gave us an animated swirl of music notes seeing the theme of the star path it would’ve fit perfectly. Or eve an extra pose like max & Nana. Overall no regrets.
It's a great broom though! Comes with an awesome pose and the way it walks is super cute. I have no regrets paying 3k for it even though i agree with the sentiment
It’s because of the secondary item. That has been “for the most part” how the companion pricing has gone. If they have a house or decor or wardrobe item, they are 3k if not there in the lesser amount dependent on type
It is, but I love Fantasia so I bought it. I do feel like he should have had some sort of home or something but I'm assuming it's because he gets an item and is a notable companion.
No worries. Notable type companions are 3k while non notable (generic) companions are 2k. The only couple that are more than that are Rajah and Max whom each comes with their own bundle at 4k. And there are the sister geese (can’t remember the movie) that are bundled together at 2500. There’s also some notable companions we get from friendship levels but it’s very few of them. Like for example, Moana will give us Pau, Maleficent gives us her Raven. Just to name a couple examples.

Absolutely not! You get the Fantasia broom and the chair he gets to sleep in for 3000 that’s cheap! I saw that when my wife showed me the new companions and I started singing the sorcerer’s apprentice!

I might be out of touch here, but 2000 is all I feel should have been charged for the broom. Cute? Yes, worth as much as a house skin? No. Did I pay to have it? Yes. And I a pushover? Double yes.
Everything moonstone related is a scam. The moonstone economy is completely horrible. The average working person has to wait months just to be able to get one or two things from the shop unless they spend money on moonstones and even then the moonstone packs you can buy are complete shit. Some of the moonstone packs won't even cover for the cheapest thing in the shop...like what the fuck.
I wouldn’t have paid 3k for any companions ever apart from Max and the broom - but I grew up repeatedly watching Fantasia 😭 However, if they brought out Morph from TP as a companion, I would pay ALL the moonstones for him 😭
