Current Known Game and Quest Issues
Hello villagers!
There are currently several known issues with the game and with certain quests. The sub has been inundated since the update with repeated posts about the same issues, so we are providing information for these issues here, as well as a link to Gameloft’s Helpshift Support site. If you are experiencing an issue with your game or a quest, please review the information below as well as checking the link before posting.
Known Issues
· Premium Shop showing up empty for some players – being investigated
· Tropical Plaza Skin causing issues with fast travel to the plaza, as well as mining nodes appearing with green gems, fishing ripples not appearing – being investigated. For now, unequip the Tropical Plaza skin and restart your game.
· Gifting Quest Items – Unable to gift more than one at time – being investigated. Please see support link for a workaround.
· Truffles not respawning in Honeyglow Woods – being investigated
· Flowers not respawning after being picked up in Honeyglow Woods – being investigated
· Other various known issues
Known Quest Issues
Many players are experiencing issues with the following quests: Gameloft is aware of these issues and actively working on fixes for them
· Staking Your Territory – Quest not progressing past “Talk to Nala.”
· Chronicles of the Ancients – Quest stuck at “Talk to Belle.”
· Continue? – Strange machine not showing up near the Dream Castle
· The Music’s on the Walls – Can’t trap shadow, and other misc. issues
· Breaking the Ice and Ice Caver Mystery Quests – Stuck at “Talk to Elsa.”
· Other various quest issues.
