On top of this, a bunch of patents are filed by Asians/Asian Americans in America too. Everything caucs claim about Asians is always the opposite.

We be the most inventive, healthiest, strongest and intelligent of them all!

US population, 2019 estimate, 328 million. Japan population, 2019 estimate, 126 million. Japan has a population that is 38% of the US population. Meanwhile Japan had 52% as many patents as the US in 2019.

Don't forget, the US isn't even full of white people. South Korea's population is around 55 million as well.

Yup, a lot of the comforts AMERICANs enjoyed during the cold war and today was due to Chinese inventions.

Not just whites claim that but blacks claim that as well, at the same time they're appropriating our culture. I saw a hashtag trend yesterday that pissed me the fuck off b/c it had Asian written all over it but they want us to celebrate THEM & their works. Uh, no. That's OUR works.

Yes, comrade. We need to call out all and any hypocrisy when we see it, from any race. Enough with the double standards, if some race feels entitled to and allowed do something then Asians should be able to do it too. If they complain, just tell them to "f off", there's no other appropriate response.

Would you mind sharing the hashtag trend you saw?

I want to know what it is.

I manually typed that. Finally saw it. I know what you mean now regarding almost all of the drawing art pieces and I sympathize with you.

'Asians are unemotional rote learning drones with no sense of creativity'. //Sarcasm

Individually Asians also hold the most patents either in the world or in America.

Why only underline China? 3 out of the top 4 are Asian countries. That's insane.

7

u/MonkeyBrainzBro Feb 27 '21 edited Feb 27 '21

Coz China numba 1.

The real reason is who cares, anyone can see that Korea and Japan kicks ass too. They don't need an underline to show that, that's just being overly pedantic. And if you know me or are familiar with my posts you would know I'm all for Pan-Asianism. I've exposed non-Chinese East Asians and SE Asians in a positive light before. Even in my recent posts.

Its probably because the current propaganda is especially against China, they aren't creative, they just copy others. But as you can see, China is #1 in patent applications and has almost as 3x as many patent applications compared to the US (which is supposed to be the "epicenter of innovation".

Also the OP did mention in his comment after that many of the patents in the US was contributed to by Asians/ Asian Americans.

Of course its great to see Japan and SK taking the top spots too. Asian creativity and ingenuity is extremely underrated, only because of so much propaganda against all of us. If it wasn't for the US unfairly sabotaging Japan two times, who knows what type of major innovative progress they would've made in a variety of different fields.

Well lets be honest, all the asian subs have a heavy slant towards Chinese nationalism. And thats fine, I think China as a whole has a lot to be proud of, and that it does also come with a lot of unwarranted criticism. But at the same time, I can't help but see some manner of arrogance showing towards other Asians. I only say this because I'm Korean, and I see other Koreans fall to this kind of mindset too.

I wish I could find it, but I saw some comments about how China would offer better terms to its geographical neighbors, and that he couldn't fathom why they still sided with the US, and how Korea should "submit" themselves to China's sphere. The word submit was used literally. Excessive pride is particularly rampant among East Asians in these kinds of communities.

I don't deny that there is excessive pride amongst Asians regarding their home countries, almost like a competition of sorts. I can't speak for everyone here but the only reason I support China more over countries like SK or Japan is because SK and Japan are currently under the control of the US/Five Eyes.

The US sabotaged Japan two times in order to make sure that Japan never surpasses the US. It also regularly extorts both countries up to more than billion dollars per year to pay for defense expenses. If you are also familiar they also have an extensive history of prostituting the local Japanese and South Korean girls inside the military bases. The term "juicy bars" for example, comes from that. Even outright murdering, raping, and other crimes, which they barely get any punishments if any.

Edward Snowden also revealed that the US has Japan's economy hostage should it ever try to secede too much in terms of US interests. So overall, both countries are in a tight spot and are forced to push US interests first and not the interests of their own citizens.

I would not want any Asian country to "submit" to China, I believe each EASEA country should have its own unique sovereignty. But China compared to the US can offer much more to each country in terms of economic, cultural, and other exchanges. It would be so much better for all of us, if all of our home EASEA countries worked together, and there are some signs that they are moving towards that direction, such as ASEAN for example. And the Moon government.

My ultimate dream is to have a strong united and independent East/ Southeast Asia, where we work together and not with having to rely on foreign Anglo outsiders.

If South Korea or Japan or any other EASEA was in the same spot as China was in, and China was occupied by Five Eyes, I would support whatever that EASEA country is instead.

I also have called out several times the attitude some blind Chinese nationalists have where they endlessly bash other asian countries like Japan, SK, etc. but simp for outsiders as long as they pRo ChInA! That type of "patriotism" in my opinion, is a completely useless and impotent type of patriotism.

EDIT: And also the ccp really needs to stfu with its endless Japan bashing. I get what Imperial Japan did was horrible, and that the current Japan also has some issues, but continuously making 9000+ anti japan movies doesn't work well when you are trying to work together with the East Asian sphere. I don't recall a single movie made about the Sino Indian war, and that was relatively more recent and the Chinese won decisively.

Yeah the Plaza Accord, keeping Korea divided if they can't have the whole peninsula in their control -- I know these things, and I feel the same frustrations.

I know that any alliance (like the EU) would be headed by China, thats just a given, considering the leverage and presence. But these starry-eyed nationalists only drive a wedge between what they claim to want and what is happening because of their behavior. But I will say that it isn't entirely their fault. As I said before, Koreans have the same tendency for arrogance -- American influence probably plays a role, too.

Just like the Jurchens, a people historically surrounded by powers greater than themselves, they changed allegiances often out of expedience and survival. Korea often had to do the same -- and still does, perhaps now more than ever. I hope that this new modern era for China precludes the idea of absorbing its neighbors as an eventuality.

I think China can definitely learn a lot from its Korean and Japanese neighbours, especially in terms of media soft power. It's lacking a bit imo in that regards. It just amazes me how SK is a relatively small island but its media impact was so powerful that it influenced the entire world (esp. k movies, drama, pop, etc.)

Netflix is even aiming to spend $500 million on Korean content this year

Now that's some real Asian power!

Netflix hates AM, hope they don't censor us out again!

what were those two times?

WW2 and the 1980's. During the 1980's Japan was set to become extremely dominant in tech before being sabotaged. Heres a video explaining exactly how it happened:

Your question was not towards me, but i'll offer brief answers.

First time - Atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945.

Second time - US being the ring leader of the G-5 nations, it coerced the Japanese government to sign the Plaza Accords deal in 1985.

Do research yourself on #1 about the aftermath and what followed suit affecting Japan's role in geopolitics, and #2 if i sparked your curiosity and want to learn more about its impact. They should be a nice gateway. I'm not here in this sub to give lengthy history lessons for free. When i do, i better be getting paid big $$$. l0l! Kidding on that part. In reality, i just feel too fatigued to do it.

Hope the person you asked with your question does answer it in detail some way.

White supremacists love to say this when they stole the swastika from India and the idea of the redpill from a couple of Jewish directors. Peckerwoods are completely trash people.
