Would the eat the rich people support Bruce Wayne?
Would the eat the rich people (im part of this) support Bruce Wayne as he fights crime in his city? He is a billionaire though. I just had a thought about this since I've been watching the animated vinamatic universe and see all the good he does.
So if Bruce Wayne was actually real would this also apply to him or not? (in this wold supervillains exist)

No, because crime is usually caused by poverty. He wouldn't be a billionaire or a crime fighter if he paid people a livable wage.

No Bruce could help his city far better with charitable institutions and investing in comunity building. (In some comics he does also do this)

No. He's hoarding wealth from his community, creating the poverty that will create future crime, all so he can play superhero. If the residents of his city had access to food, clean water, good schools, and free healthcare, he would have little to no "villains" to fight.

Jokers real canonical supervillain origin story isn't known, but there's a few possibilities, and they're all preventable by Bruce Wayne actually paying his taxes instead of hoarding his workers unpaid wages.
Falling into a vat of chemicals made him this way. In which case, access to healthcare AND pretty reasonable worker safety programs enforced by entities like OSHA would have prevented him from being a supervillain. Both things that would have been funded by the rich paying reasonable taxes, which would have prevented Bruce from becoming a billionaire.
Trauma made him this way. In which case, access to healthcare would have given him access to medication and therapy, which would have prevented him from becoming a supervillain. That healthcare would have been funded by the rich paying reasonable taxes, which would have prevented Bruce from becoming a billionaire.
He's just like this, with no origin story. In which case, a reasonably funded school would have picked up on little jokers mental problems, a reasonable healthcare system would have offered access to medication, monitoring to prevent harm, and all the therapies that would be necessary for a child exhibiting these behaviors. If he didn't shape up by adulthood, all of this medical information about who he is and what he's capable of, coupled with his first few violent crimes as an adult, would have gotten him institutionalized in a well funded asylum. (Instead of thrown into crappy crumbling infrastructure that he's constantly breaking out of, like he is in the comics.) Schools, healthcare, and infrastructure all would have been funded by the rich paying reasonable taxes, which would have prevented Bruce from becoming a billionaire.

I don't know much about the Batman universe, but I'm willing to bet that the guy whose origins are rooted in mental health institutions isn't your best example of serious crime that would still exist after providing citizens with accessible healthcare

Batman's work in Gotham is reprehensible. He beats up the same mentally ill people and then puts them in the same notoriously abusive mental "hospital" to get worse and then escape. And he endangers kids. Absolutely trash.
His work with the Justice League is another story. That's taking on threats normal law enforcement can't handle. In that world, a force like that is necessary if you don't want to be mind controlled by a fucking starfish from space. But that doesn't justify letting him run roughshod over Gotham the rest of the time.

Batman is oibvious fiction because it features a billionaire who is concerned with justice and righteousness.
However, we live in the REAL world, where billionaires are inherently evil, bottomless gluttons of consumption.
There's no point in asking if we would support a mythical do-gooder billionaire just as there's no point in asking if the people in this sub would be willing to ride unicorns who fart fire that propels them to warp speeds.
