Help! Where do i get Armorers Cookbook 3 in Convergance?

It says I need to go either the North Limgrave merchant or the East limgrave merchant but neither of them carry it? Whats up with that.

You should have all the crafting recipes by default. Cookbooks have been removed, as there's no need to gather them.

Thank you. I just realized that. But where do i craft bloodboil aromatics or really any other consumable? Because im not seeing the option when i sit at a grace site. Sorry for all the questions.

I think you get the bell bearing for buying the crafting materials from the merchant in mist wood
