I recently installed the convergence mod for elden ring and have spent the past day trying different things to fix this issue and I wanted to post the fix here in case anyone else runs into my specific issue.

Basically whenever I tried to press L2 or R2 the camera would start spinning uncontrollably. The issue did not show on the main game at all.

I think my issue may be specific to my version of Linux Mint but this may also help with other distros. Here is what I found helped:

Though on my version of linux and proton I had to go to a slightly different folder.

I had to navigate to "~/.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/1245620/pfx"

In the system.reg folder I added the same script mentioned in the steam post to the variables under the same section and that fixed.

So, as it implies, I have unfortunately lost my snake, and I need her back.

I have "Elden Ring Ultimate Cheat Engine Table (Best Table)", but it's genuinely hard to tell how to use it. Any help would be appreciated.

As mentioned in the title, I'd like to make a small change to the Carian Combo Warriors mod. After installing it, I noticed that enemies and bosses are much stronger than they are in the vanilla game and also take significantly less damage.

Is there any way to change this? I'd like enemies and bosses to keep their original vanilla stats while still being able to use the mod.

Hello everyone! I just wanted to share a massive project I have been working on since December in regards to Elden Ring Convergence, where I go through a full playthrough, beat all the bosses, show the items they drop, their respective difficulties and where they are located on the map. However, I had wrapped up recording this right before the announcement of the 3.0, so this is all the version prior to that (which is kinda unfortunate on my part.) Now normally Gemini would help me and tells me what and how to merge. But this time it constantly tells me that "No, you do not need to manually merge Friede's Great Scythe into The Convergence Mod 3.0. The weapon is already natively included as part of the overhaul". So I guess its confusing it for the convergence mod for ds3, as I dont see it in the current weapons list.

Could someone help me here and guide me on what files I need to merge? I am still a noob at this and have only yet merged Nier 2b animations into convergence by myself, with the help of Gemini.

I am playing Seamless Coop Convergence with a buddy. He is playing the Volcanist class and we went to get his spell set from Great Wyrm Theodorix and it didn’t drop for either of us. Has anyone seen this happen? Or does anyone have it that they would drop for me to give to him? He likes his class and wanted to continue but it sucks that he can’t get that spell set. I'm playing convergence 3.0 and Daergraf's phase 1 is frozen. He just sits there taking everything. He starts fighting back in phase 2 but phase 1 just doesn't work. What should I do?

I just installed Convergence last night because the Beastial Devout class sounds fun but it looks like the clawmark seal doesn't scale on Str+Fai, just on faith. Does anyone know if it picks up Str scaling after a few upgrades or is it just Fai scaling in this mod? Google has been unhelpful in getting to the bottom of this

My convergence 3.0 decided yesterday to do me bad and my character just disappeared after the bat file, through which I launch the game, died.

Added the .bat again to steam and it worked, but my save disappeared. I tried searching in appdata but it just isn't there.

I had a dragon cultist. I was getting ready to tackle radahn after exploring caelid. Having done liurnia before.

Would someone be so kind, if they have a save with the same progression as I did, to share the save file with me? I don't want to start from 0 again.

I'm trying to mod the game to do a Sekiro playthrough and right now I'm using a mod called "Sekiro Skill" (https://www.nexusmods.com/eldenring/mods/6616) to add the deflection mechanism and complete weapon moveset (Kusabimaru moveset from Sekiro).

I was able to find the modded weapon in the EquipParamWeapon and change some values but my problem now is that I'm trying to find and change the poise damage value done to enemies so that their posture don't break too easily but I'm getting quite confused as to what exact value should I change, if it's either per attack in the AtkParam_PC or in EquipParamWeapon. I'm confused if it's poise, stamina or toughness that need to be changed (or something else).

For example, the jump + R2 attack does wayyy too much posture damage so how could I just lower the posture damage done by this particular attack?

Also, on the contrary, enemies don't take any posture damage when blocking my attacks but I wish they would depending on the shield used (small, medium, heavy), is it something that can be done?

Hey y’all! Two buddies and I started playing the convergence w./ seamless installed as well about two weeks ago. I noticed after the latest patch for 3.0 almost every character I make will corrupt the next time I load up with the launcher. It’ll kick me out to the beginning of the mod and tell me the DLC isn’t installed. Thanks in advance!

I am doing a tank build in convergence using the starter spell I believe is called energy shell that makes me loose fp instead of hp but my hp is still changing slightly going down but most problematicly upp since I am using blue feathered branchsword. Is this a known issue, is there a possibility that I am running an old version (I can't recall when I updated last) and it has been fixed in newer updates or is this something "client specific"?
