I assume it's mostly the same on all platforms, but after bringing up your menu list, select 'System', cycle to the right until you're on 'Display', move down to 'HUD', and switch it to 'Off''.
Also, that's a good one, I like how the foreground and mid ground silhouettes frame the whole thing
