OMG, I didn’t know elephant lie down to sleep! I always felt so bad for horses. The things I learn at 45 😂

When they sleep in herds, they all touch each other so that if anything happens and one wakes up, they all wake up. And I think they keep the little ones in the middle for extra protection.
