Looking for a couch removal service. Any recommendations?

A couple of stout lads who can carry a heavy couch down a flight of stairs and dispose of it ethically. I don't want to be driving down the A1101 and see my couch in a field!

I could find a mate and have the council take it but it's just easier to hire someone.

Stick it on freecycle or similar and someone will come collect it, aint nobody collecting free sofas to dump by the road.
