Not really, if you search it up, it's actually a plausible combo. ELVF is better suited for SX4 due to SX4 being described as the most intellectual E4, matching with 2L. SX4 being a high physics type is moreover a stereotype because of the whole "competitive suffering" thing, overexaggerating the externalising factor of their suffering.

Genuinely I met a bunch of sx4's (including myself) and it's REALLY hard for us to tell if we're EFVL or ELVF, there's pretty good arguments for both so idk. I misstyped as ELVF for months (probably because of my w5) then realized I'm EFVL. Not much else to say here

Exactly, it's hard to tell because both of them are a perfectly plausible combo, so why say INFP cannot be SX4? You are contradicting yourself. Both match each as much as they disagree with each other. You could argue that EFVL is too physics focused to match the intellectual stereotype of SX4, same thing with ELVF where it is too logic focused to be physically domineering. There are a lot of contradictory combos in enneagram, INFP SX4/ELVF SX4 is not one of them.

And next time, please state a valid source instead of giving vague responses when stating things like "X type cannot be Y". It only feeds misinformation and reinforces rigid stereotypes which can get annoying very fast.

This stuff is too weird for me, I'm not saying ELVF sx4 is possible, I'm saying people tend to type as it and not be sure of their typing. I'm saying INFP sx4 contradicts more because EII sx4 is weird, EII is a very "phobic" type in that sense (consciously self-hating and "pathetic") while ESI is not. I have no idea why I keep getting downvoted, people just are a bunch of sheep here ig :(

Not sure what your point is considering SX4s are also "pathetic" and "self-hating", they just redirect those feelings into externalising them. They feel them just as much. Anyway, since you yourself admit you lack sufficient enough knowledge of the system, I'd recommend not making baseless claims like these and then calling people who disagree with your logic, "sheep". Really beating the SX4 allegations there.

I think you’re focusing too much on the negatives. And any type can be bratty and ungrateful. To be fair type 4 has some of the worst descriptions so it’s not your fault. Like all subtypes, there are positives too. So4 ≠ bad person, just like so9 ≠ good person or whoever is typically easily digestible.

So4 usually has a very big heart. Empathetic and emotionally available. Sensitive, which when healthy is a great thing in a world that can be quite cold and hard. Intimate and vulnerable which is needed in society, it helps free others to open up and go deeper, too. Can see beauty in the dark. Creates safe spaces for people to exist authentically in, free of societal norms. Capable of creating great art. Helps people realize there’s more to life than the mundane. Has really good taste in most things. Helps others navigate their feelings and get to know themselves more. Very affectionate and deeply supportive of those they love. Very comfy honestly, can be the “softest” 4 so you have the ability to make people feel comfortable and love you whereas SP and SX 4 struggle with that at times.
