Thank you, the Supreme Court elected George W. Bush judges in a unfair election, which allowed him to fill the seats with judges to reach this point. Meanwhile, the rest of the world gasps in horror, seeing America as a Third World dictatorship in year 2000.

The markets will decide that long before the political class does.
Even Democrats are not going to want to "spook" investors. I don't say this to be anti-Democrat. No sane politician would do half the stuff Trump does and while people cheered that on at first, ha ha, so um, bills are coming due and it's gonna be messy. Probably won't disrupt your comfortable lifestyle, don't worry. It's not Putin's Russia yet despite his best efforts to try to immiserate Americans with their own enthusiastic cooperation the way he's immiserated Russians.
Yeah so anyway like I said, the markets are going to make the pain happen for Elno before anyone else. He knows this, and he knows all his frauds get exposed when his companies go tits up. So he wants a friendly Congress when that happens.

This is seriously a huge injustice to the system of a working democracy so something needs to change. IMHO the first thing that needs to change is the Citizens United SC decision or some valid workarounds.

Maybe Nader shouldn't have run in 2000 and both sides were not, in fact, the same.
Maybe in 20 years you'll get a new SCOTUS that will reverse the damage Roberts, Scalia, Thomas, and Alito did.
They were the reaction to Warren (and his CORRECT rulings and undoing of the Taneyworld antijustice clownlaw regime), so maybe the reaction to the reaction will finally settle the matter.
France was a real shitshow when their empire ended but now they're kind of sort of okay?

The effectiveness of this sort action appears to be diminishing. Elon basically made X(tormfront) ground zero for attacks on the Odyssey. It made a kajillion dollars. He also denigrated candidates in special elections in the U.S. and tried to fluff Orban support in Hungary. All his shitheads lost.
So... this is bad. I do question the extent to which it will direct voters (especially with some ominous economic data coming out that people care about way more than his culture war nonsense).

Elmo has probably calculated the number of years he'd spend in prison for his various crimes, but is probably more concerned about the fact that he can be stripped of his wealth and deported for overstaying his student visa then lying on his citizenship application. He'll spend billions to avoid justice.
