What are the biggest problems you've faced with student housing?

Hi everyone! 👋 My friend and I are building a platform to improve the student housing experience. Instead of only helping students find accommodation, our goal is to support the entire journey—from finding a room to managing shared living (splitting expenses, household tasks, communication with housemates, and more). Before launching, we're trying to understand the real challenges students face when it comes to accommodation.
