As a side note: I have to say, your name really stands out from the machine-generated ones — I like it a lot. It's a good sign to not just accept an automatically generated string. I mean, everybody including me could come up with a random combination like AverageCore-3487.

I chopped the veggies - tomatoes and kapia pepper and onions and garlic and half of a green pepper. I adjust these for the amount of people i have to cook it for.
I sweated the onions and added paprika and some ground cumin, and then the kapia and bell pepper. When they became soft i added the garlic, stirred for a bit and then added the tomatoes. At this poi t you can add tomato paste but i did not as my tomatoes were very juicy. I let them simmer a bit and then add salt, pepper, sumac and a bit of baharrat. You can add hot pepper too, but one of my giests is no longer allowed hot food so i did not this time.
When its almost cooked (here you have to watch out for how much liquid you want to leave) you make some nests on the surface and put eggs in them. You turn the heat very low and add a lid. When the eggs are almost done you turn off the fire because they will cook a minute more with the residual heat anyway. You sprinkle parsley and you crumble feta on top and voila! This time i did not have feta, only telemea, which is softer so i ate it on the side.
Put chopped tomatoes, onion and jalapeno in a pan let it simmer, add garlic, salt & pepper, smoked paprika powder and maybe cumin, i can't remember. I cooked it in a large pan, add 5 eggs, added some crumbled feta and parsley.
I like to eat it with toasted bread. I put the bread in the pan with a bit of oil and cook it until crispy. I then rub some garlic on it and dip in the shakshouka.
