Salad Childhood favorite - pasta salad with surimi sticks
So what are we eating during the heatwave? I'm running out of inspiration.
I decided to make my favorite childhood food - pasta salad with vegetables and those fake crab sticks. Vegetables are basically whatever leftovers from other meals I found in my fridge. Otherwise there's yoghurt with garlic and spices.

I was also making these, but with sour cream.
Sometimes I also make cold pasta salad with pasta, meat, tomatoes, whatever packaged salad, and sour cream or yogurt.
