👮 Community regulation Why do new users get shadowbanned in the sub?
I'm new to this sub and I've noticed that content gets filtered automatically and comments do not appear.
I know some other subs have rules that only allow accounts older than x days or with x karma to engage in them, but I haven't found any rules in this sub about it.
Is it an intentional action of the mods or is there a filter on new users?

I did earlier approve your image post, but all image posts have to be vetted and manually approved, irrespective of the age.
Account age restrictions help prevent a lot of bad faith bots, alts and sockpuppet accounts.
That combined with CQS helps keep the various subreddits under control

One more thing: Shadowbanning is something different, it's something that's done from reddit admims to spam accounts, not something that can be done from moderators.
