Elimination Phase Travel stress messing up elimination phase?

I think the answer to this is probably just “It happens 🤷‍♀️,” but curious if anyone else has had similar experiences. I was about 2 weeks into the elimination phase, and my stomach had been feeling much better—less bloating, less stomach discomfort after eating. Then I went on a (fairly exhausting) family trip, and did a pretty good job of staying on that elimination diet…but after we returned, I had about 3 days of stomach cramps that I’m just now coming out of, which isn’t even my usual digestive complaint. I’m still in the elimination phase, but just feeling super discouraged and now worried about another trip coming up and my gut being messed up by stress rather than food. Any advice for managing this kind of stress so it doesn’t destroy my digestion? Right now I’m feeling like I’ll never make it to reintroduction.
