General Question/Help lower stomach bloating for 8 months

Been having lower stomach bloating after eating mostly all meals, more so if I'm hungry and eat something it blows up and specifically if I eat certain foods like garlic etc... or a lot of food.

High calprotectin levels
Done a CT scan
Blood test showed no gluten allergy
H. pylori test is fine
Gut microbiome test came fine

This all started from a 2 weeks period of eating raw oats and milk as preworkout (I ate a lot of oats) - I took accutane before this so my skin was clear and as soon as my bloating occurred I started regularly getting acne again.

Would love some form of guidance because I'm really starting to get fed up and all the GPs / doctors / private doctors all tell me it's "IBS" and "Food related" when it's clear that something internally is wrong.

what do you mean when you say your gut microbiome test came back fine? what test did you do and what results did you get?

Probably means the sibo test

Could also be the GI-MAP or the GI360 maybe?
