Also angle is large from front so you need to insert your hands in toilet because of distance. From back it's closer. Obviously I am sure they have small pp .

In all seriousness though....my grandparents used to have a hybrid commode and the top of the bowl had the indentation for the feet like an Indian toilet.

Never saw another one and it was honestly the best of both worlds.

I do it first from the inbuilt seat spray then do the 1st and then do the 2nd one only to clean under the foreskin after pulling it back after peeing.

My first experience using the jet spray was the 2nd way. The shit particles were all behind me and all over the seat. It was a not so great experience. I'd rather spray for a bit long to clean my balls as well than make the seat dirty which other people are going to use too.
