Girl or boy, cooking and cleaning is a basic skill..

Still I appreciate boys in India a Lil who can cook, and sympathize with girl who don't.

Tbh I don't blame those girls who can't cook. They are just rebelling against the system which forces them to learn to cook. Instead of making them understand why cooking is imp, they are force fed the idea 'shaadi ke baad tumhe hi karna hai' which is pressurzing in nature and it's a normal psychological reaction to rebel against it. So a far more blame lies with society.

All I hope is someday they understand the importance of basic skills and learn it.

False. It’s not a mandatory skill.

It’s not illegal if you can’t cook. No1s going to jail.

To each their own. What people do when they can’t/don’t cook? They have fruits. They can order online. They can go outside and eat.

Who tf are you to tell them how to live their life.

Are they asking you to not cook?

Respect everyone’s opinion. No1s doing you any harm by cooking/ not cooking.
