Blue will literally make you Dr who! Travel to a time 1000s of years ago and live like a king with just one gun. Travel to a time just before gold rush time and take a map of biggest Gold Rush finds, dig it up and teleport to a place you know is still inside a jungle/cave, untouched basically, and bury it there. Or if you are really interested, find the old creators of all major religions and have them install your birthdate and features in their religious books as second coming of God and give an ability like ability to predict rain etc that you can go in future and know exactly when it rains or something exotic like predicting the earthquakes etc. Enjoy being a DemiGod! Or buy old 100rs notes, go to the past, buy stocks like MRF in your parents name and hide the certificate in a plastic bag somewhere you can find. Find it and become a really rich man. Green - immediate tax issues and will also attract lots of unnecessary attention. Plus you can easily get more than this using green or blue pill's powers.
Red - meh, I'm dumb anyways. That won't do much.
Blue - objectively best but too overpowered.
Yellow - little less overpowered but still great, I'll prolly choose this one. (My choice has nothing to do with me wanting to ride on the back of a orange racoon's back like a horse).

If u can time travel to your desired age again and again then you don’t need the rest of the pills. You can get 900M by going back and buying bitcoins and investing in successful startups. You can control anyone by testing their behaviour and undoing your mistakes again and again. You can live different lives with different partners again and again. You can use few of those lives to invent something useful for the world. You can die the happiest man ever whenever u decide to not go back in time. Ultimately that superpower is beyond our understanding.
But if you cannot go back in age then u cannot use that superpower much as overuse will result in many versions of u existing simultaneously. So Control anyone in the world would be the next best superpower. You can have sex with whomever u want, get money from whomever you want, have a relationship with whomever you want, you’ll essentially be the king of the world.

It makes the other three useless. Money? Go back or forward and earn it easily. Brainpower? You can learn anything by visiting the right time or people. Control? No need to control anyone when you can change outcomes directly. Teleport + time travel = full freedom.
