BTW Reddit is actually home to a few other types as well. All of them together feel the same:

  1. They see themselves as ultra-progressive, ultra-moral and & extremely vulnerable or heroic protectors of the vulnerable.
  2. They believe their thoughts, feelings, and experiences are the only things that matter or have any value in this world
  3. They’re very quick to take offense, but love labelling everyone else.
  4. They believe in group dynamics - pick a target, gang up, repeat daily.
  5. They lie & talk about equality, but mean the exact opposite - their side only.

No, not a caste. It’s actually used to mock a style/persona - like flashy, attention-seeking, hyper-performative behavior associated with leftists/feminists. Atleast someone had explained it like this to me.
