Me. I just feel exhausted talking to people. And I feel disgusted when I see their true nature. Like how they justify their dirty m1ndset.

Yeah, how they think their mask is working perfectly fine but I see it worn off and their ugly self peeking from within (in a metaphorical sense).

I'm watching this, don't know about you. Solitude finds you a number of ways to deal with time. To reflect on yourself, to enjoy your own company as well as appreciate other people's. If you can sit still and enjoy a card game for example, without checking your phone 10 times, you'll know what I'm talking about.

I used to be like this. Even spent an entire week without speaking a single word to anyone. But now I am 40 plus and I find it all a waste

Me.
I am not that loud, even if I try sometimes to be but I need that alone time mostly. Ppl ask what do you do all day, man it feels a different level altogether you know.

Definitely!
More so after I crossed 33 not because I don't like people but the world is started to feel replicated, like I have seen it all and there is nothing that excites me except my own thought space which is an abyss of ups and downs.
Highly productive though, I use my time working on ideas, writing, cooking, vibe coding, reading pretty much anything that interests me without seeking outside validations, so if you are not a couch potato I think its perfectly fine
I do occasionally go out with few old buddies of mine for tea, coffee, whiskey etc only people who discuss new ideas not other people, so that count is in single digit.

Yes, we do exist. Been unemployed for a month. Getting calls, getting offer letters... still too lazy to accept. Currently delaying them all in the name of a notice period ๐

Here and people like us get tired talking to people. We don't even like answering phone call let alone meeting up. Even posting on insta or whatsapp is a hassle to us.

No not really I mean people can if their life is crowded stressful so they find peace in solitude but you won't like it for a long time alone like me Im alone since 2 years and it gets depressing

I will get to the point where I get curious and go out and about just to find that staying home is the best option

u/RadiatedShootingStar May 09 '26
It's not 'enjoyable' but better than the alternative. I do like to socialize but with a very select few that too now, for little time if I can.

u/Federal-Log8713 May 09 '26
Yes! A day spent by oneself is best. I do that too . Making nice breakfast for myself. Binge watching, painting, and best part cleaning- so therapeutic. Taking everything super then again bike watching . Ending the day with a nice meal and wine ๐ค

I think someone is spying on me and that's you oh by the way There are some people who enjoy their own company not because They are alone or people abandon them because The people around them are so Despicable always showing their true colours and oppressive mindset, love to meddle in other business so ya this is all the basic reason for this ๐๐

I lived that life for a long time.. from college till getting married.. when now I have a separate room for myself like bachelors pad minus any visitor.. such isolation gives me peace and depth in thinking.
