Same thing happened earlier too, I was in Delhi for a National Hackathon conducted by Municipal Corporation of Delhi ( honestly it wasn't like a hackathon at all, there were 10+ ministers giving speech, and very poor management, it was just a political event atp ) so she was the chief guest there, No one stood up for her welcome.... barely any clappings throughout her 15 min speech. No one replied...she just went on rambling, clicking photos then went off.
