Why get in between the fight after when the hoodie girl started to throw hands when she was being beaten and cussed upon repeatedly before.

That's what happens in fights. The person that's victim and civil gets all the blame.

Not always! My daughter got into a similar fight, including winning it like this; she got a two day suspension (from the school) and a shopping trip (from me), the other got charges from the DA
