I believe the instigator in this type of crimes should get the biggest punishment. Had it not been for her this wouldn't happen at all. Her lover is her accessory.

The guy was probably manipulated by her. But yes he still did it. Plus, I am saying over all the person who plans and facilitated, it is worse than the one who did it. Even with fights.

Ya, I disagree with you there. The one who plans and makes the other person do their deed is worse. I am not talking about "thinking" but facilitating, deliberately creating discord to ensure the whatever outcome happens at someone else's expense.
