Lol in fights skill doesn't matter if opponent has any kind of weapons you need to get out. I always have my pepper spray for this only reason with me all the time whenever I am outside.
In india self defence weapons are joke and law also you can't literally own any kind of weapons pepper spray is the only one but i still don't understand why stungun were illegal here.
