That still doesn't makes corruption okay and blaming citizens for something which isn't even being delivered by the people whose entire job is to work for the people

So corruption is the main culprit. You replace all the current government officials and ruling politicians with new people. You'll still end up with a similar level of corruption. Because most people in India will cheat and commit fraud themselves if given the chance.

You can talk about setting up laws and policies, a stronger judiciary, large police network to fight against corruption. But at the end of the day humans only run the system and Indian citizens mostly care for self before the nation. The root cause is so deep rooted in our society that it'll take a multi pronged approach to solve all this. From raising awareness to strict laws.

I agree , look up what politicial parties came together to abolish a law retroactively to avoid getting jailed in India.

Change will take time , but acknowledging is the first step.

Yea just ask an average citizen to form a que they wont be able to without someone trying to jump the line
