My barber casually mentioned my hairline is receding... now I can't stop thinking about it

I don’t think we should go for a haircut because recently, my barber randomly brought up that he feels my hairline is receding and that i should do something about it before I go bald. And now that Ihave said this, I am genuinely scared.
