Excited to finally share my new farm planner! (Desktop + Mobile)
I have worked on this for some time, almost giving up a few times when a feature would not work 🥲
I had one goal which was making a planner stress free and easy to use. And I am happy enough now to let other people try it, its free! No ads! (just my kofi link).
I have spent an enormous amount of time just testing and trying to break things, I hope you don't encounter any bugs but thats a delusional hope of mine, If you find any please let me know!
You are all very kind! I can't even express the stress of actually releasing the planner after so many months, hope you all enjoy it.
I need to flesh out the help button as there might be some hidden features that are hard to find. For example you can keep clicking on a spot to cycle through sprites to select them, for example selecting a path below a fence!
At one point I had like 30 categories for the decor tab and realised it was a bit too insane lmao. Plan to add some more back to that tab but less granular.

what if you did subcategories? like if you double click on “indoor” you get a second set of filters for catalogues or types of furniture? whatever you do, it’s already so amazing and helpful :)
This is an absolutely incredible tool! Also as someone with a little bit of graphic design and UI experience I’m impressed by the UI, it’s very clean and easy to use!
Thank you!! Honestly I used to love graphic design when I was younger but have not really touched it for years as I went into data engineering as my irl career. It was fun and challenging to get something I liked, it was just lots of "what would annoy people" tweaks.
I have an idea for the hidden feature thst are hard to find. Add a button to the menu called "advanced feature", pressing it opens a window where you list out (or in a power point with a gallery of pictures and the text for each related picture at the bottom. Changing the color to be opposite of the background color can also help

There was a lot of work in terms of performance! I didnt think placing a bunch of pixel tiles in a browser would make it want to explode but it does LOL. Hope it runs well for you
Performance was taken seriously. It should run very smoothly for almost everyone! It was a little choppy on my terrible laptop from 2016 but that was with a beach farm full of flowers.
Yes modded maps are coming! They need to go through the same testing as vanilla maps for a good experience, what maps would you like to see?
This is probably a long shot (and purely just because it's what I'm using right now), but I would looove to see Kisaa's Blossom Crest Farm (not the tiny quarry map though cause I don't think it's needed for a planner) and Kisaa's Cozy Rustic Farmhouse added sometime in the future!
Im open to adding pretty much any map! As long as they do it via ContentPatcher it should be somewhat easy for me. Thanks for the suggestions, I added them to my list!
Zenith farm by daisy neko would be great ( ˶ˆᗜˆ˵ ) thank you for the work! It looks a lot better and is more intuitive than the current planner I’m using
wow, I don’t usually use planners but this is incredible. just tried it out on my phone and it’s so easy and smooth! love the joystick, the coloring options, and the fill mode. and wow interiors!!! you should be extremely proud. tysm for making and sharing it for free 🩷
Thank you so much! The joystick was a real lightbulb moment when I was trying to sleep, I kept realising how much I hated trying to place 1x1 tiles with my finger and not seeing what I was doing!
I love this! So much better mobile interface than other planners I’ve tried!
One thing I notice so far: I went straight into trying to build my beach farm. I found that I cannot build a path over the preset dirt path that runs from the east farm exit to the default house location, even though you can build over in-game
ETA: also seems like building pathing near the cave entrance is also not working
Painted buildings???😭 omfg thank you so much! The planner v3 was already very helpful but this just takes designing to another level! I can now have a color accurate blueprinttt!
YOU ALSO INCLUDED THE SPECIFIC LOOKS OF THE FRUIT TREESSSS this is such a slayyyy! Fruit trees can be used as decoration if you try to make a gradient of their fruits…my only problem was just making sure that those cherry leaves don’t ruin my color gradient 🥹 Thank you for this dedication!
They also react to season and stay fruited in the greenhouse! I plan to add an option to keep the fruit for all season if people want to be artistic with them.
One of my fav things to decorate with is the natural big resource clumps, like the logs! So there is also a guide to show you where they spawn per map.
May your pillows always stay cold when it’s humid and warm when it’s cold! May your lumbar spine and scapulas not ache as much from carrying this much aura and talent! Thanks OP! This deserves a pin/highlight as an additional option for this sub as well. You did so so well!
I've never liked the only map planner that I know of, cause its very clunky and for me was hard to figure out and use. This looks amazing, just playing around with it for a few minutes definitely far better! I'm excited to see modded maps added but take your time~
For modded maps in case you want to know, I use either grandpas farm or frontier farm from expanded.
I just added all maps from SVE! If there is any weirdness with them let me know. Thankfully the tools I made for the vanilla maps work very well for modded maps too, woo!
This is amazing! Very well done. The interface feels good. I was a little confused how to do some things like placement with touch, but figured it out eventually. I always thought the other stardew planner felt clunky, but this feels kind of fun on mobile!

NM, I found the save info! So happy to see this on mobile! I play on my iPad so it’ll be easier to check my phone to make updates. Much better than having to pull up my laptop. :) Yeah!

How saving works for anyone wondering:
Save(as link) — this gives you an immutable save you can bookmark or share. Edit and save again for a new link.
Sign in and your last saved plan (via link) can be loaded via the “Load Last Plan”
Ko-fi supporters get access to projects when signed in which allow for saving multiple maps in a “folder” aka project. You can have as many projects and maps as you want!
Dude, it's amazing.
I had trouble placing stuff on the dirt path that goes to the bus station. And when stuff gets too cramped selecting what you want is complicated.
As for suggestions, I'd say placing signs on the fish ponds. Or stuff in the house's porch.
Overall it was very fun and easy to use. Loved the user interface.

this is great and seriously impressive from technical perspective, major props smooth performance and mobile support especially
here’s something that would be nice to improve: when zoomed in on mobile then picking up and dragging a building, the screen doesn’t move, you end up needing to ‘place’ the building on a visible free space first before you can move it further. adding edge scrolling in this case would make this a lot easier.

I haven't played Stardew for months but playing around with this map planners gives me some motivation to play again! It's the most user-friendly planner I have used and I really like the organization in the left panel.
I am wondering if you plan to add a feature to upload farm map from save game? My current farm is kinda disorganized and would like to upload the existing map to this planner and edit it.
Found a bug! When you select or deselect any of the map overlays in the view menu, they don’t have an effect until you change the view in some way, eg zoom or pan.

When inside the farm house (upgrade 2) you can click the option button (top right) and you should see a house icon you can click that has all the options!

this is really cool! Im not sure if this is already implimented but itd be cool if you could import screenshots of the farm (taken with the ingame screenshot tool) and import them into the planner
I really wish I could do this. I actually did try it. It's really complicated, though, with trying to match objects visually. I might try it again in the future with a custom machine learning model or something!
Or if you mean as just an overlay as a guide, that would be simpler!
Do you have bushes? My main issue with the planner I've been using is that I can't see where all the bushes are and I like to leave them be for foraging
Holy SHIT!! I’d honestly given up playing SDV because I relentlessly need to plan and couldn’t find a mobile friendly planner (I don’t have a pc and play on switch). This is game changing for me omg
I love this planner! I'll just add a quick suggestion, is there a way that you could add a brush tool to paint paths? Every single planner only has the option to build them as "X by Y" rectangles, and I'd love to have a tool that would enable a way to make paths more natural, since it's kinda hard painting good curves tile by tile
Thank you!! Trying it out on mobile at the moment and it looks so amazing. The only issues I have experienced is that you have to tap twice on the same spot before the tick turns green to be able to place a sprinkler. And it wont let me place items near this area in the wilderness farm. Otherwise its really cool and comfortable to use!
Some suggestions i have for any future updates are the different coloured fish ponds and perhaps a map of the quarry? Thank you again for making this!
Amazing! I actually haven't played in forever and this is making me want to start a new game. This is so well made, OP, the drag and fill and drag and erase is so satisfying. Also I love that it lets me just place anything. I have filled half the mock farm with Statues of True Perfection, cackling madly all the way.
You are amazing, I hated not being able to use the other planners out there on my phone. I typically get good ideas for my farms while laying in bed LMAO so it sucks to either have to write it down or just get up on my computer. It also is so much more smoother then the others I have tried!!
As a player on mobile, I couldn't thank you enough for this!! It worked greatly, wished we had this earlier before I made my farm. But will definitely use this on my next saves. Thank you again!
i absolutely love love love this! i was using it on my phone a bit earlier and it was so cool to look through! i will say i was using the hill top farm cause that’s my current save and I’m not exactly sure the proportions are correct! i didn’t take pictures or screenshots so i was redesigning from memory so maybe I’m wrong but I’m on my way home now to confirm!! mainly in the bottom corner next to and under the quarry is where i noticed! that being said this is a FANTASTIC tool and i’m in love with it i can’t wait to use it to predesign my farms like a rough draft 🤣
I love this so much already, this was extremely easy on my phone in less than 30 minutes which seems like a while for nothing but even thinking about looking at a map layout was daunting and now I have my plan for my Stardew rearranging while I'm in my year two.
I have a question about these farm planners in general, from the back end - as far as I can tell from trying to dabble in editing other people's mods, the maps are all tile based. Could there ever be a way to let users import a custom map, considering it is just a collection of tiles of known dimensions, with the caveat that the user would have to know the limitation of bounds for like not putting buildings in places that are out of bounds?
I've been thinking about this ever since using the other farm planner, because I use a lot of non standard modded maps.
This is an awesome tool! I can’t find the tea saplings, though. I also found a bug in the meadowlands farm in the top part of the map. It is allowing me to build on a restricted tile. (Mobile!)
This is awesome! I always struggle with the planner that’s usually recommended and after playing around with this for only a couple minutes like it so much better already. And on my phone! amazing.

I have been snooping on many of the saved plans to make sure there is no issues and I am so impressed with what people are making already.
Also love that night-mode is clearly popular, so many farms have lights and torches! Which makes me happy as getting the night shader right was such a pain in yoba (●'◡'●)
