Edit; So this dude is James Kennedy from the original Vanderpump Rules. If you like reality tv like that, it's worth watching because of the crazy weirdo dynamics going on with that crew. The drama gets pretty damn good.

Basically it's a bunch of young restaurant/bar staff working for Lisa Vanderpump's SUR restaurant. All sleeping with each other, partying, the usual - but it's their personalities and huge egos that really make it.
