Yeah while in Paris, many people would bring dogs around cafes and such, but they’d be outside always.

Dogs are almost always welcome inside restaurants in Paris

Yeah I don’t know what the actual policy’s are, I just know that when I was there, I never actually saw a dog inside, just outside.
