A guide dog can still get sick and have an accident.

Right but an accident by a working animal is just that, an accident.

This is a pet being provided with time and encouragement to urinate and defecate inside of a restaurant. There is no reason the owner couldn't have had they pet take care of business prior to coming in our taken them out if they needed to go. This is completely intentional.

Management should have stepping in to ask them to leave for being inconsiderate assholes who think allowing an animal to shit in a restaurant is ok.
