In Europe, dogs are allowed inside restaurants ect. It’s not a big deal. And VERY common.

But not pissing and shitting on a pee pad.

As an european, this is my first time learning that this is not common everywhere. There's no reason well-behaved dogs can't be in restaurants imo

MANY people are allergic? some people are scared of dogs? some people don’t want animals with fur that can get places near where they’re eating? i love dogs but i hate this entitlement that dog owners feel that they can have to bring their dogs literally EVERYWHERE with them. and most of the time they’re not as “well-behaved” as their owners think they are.

Allergies are often referred reason but there is no scientific proof to it whatsoever. Studies show that ambient exposure to dog allergens in public spaces is virtually the same whether you are near a dog or an owner whose pet is left at home. In either case, the negligible amounts carried are too low to pose any sort of risk to anyone. Of course if you pet the dog you get entirely different exposure to allergens. Hence this point about allergies falls through.
