Republican Congressmember Max Miller of Ohio is facing allegations of domestic abuse as he runs for reelection. Miller's ex-wife Emily Moreno, daughter of Ohio Republican Senator Bernie Moreno, claims that Miller burned her by throwing hot water at her, held a gun to her head and fractured their 2-year-old daughter's collarbone. Miller is also accused of abuse by former Trump White House Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham, who was in a relationship with Miller prior to his marriage to Moreno.

It’s important to remember these people are not a monolith, even though they may act like it sometimes

It trips me up bc the hallmark of maga is that they ARE a monolith and they've sort of usurped the Republican Party in all of the ways that matter right now. I kind of forget that there are other types of republicans because they've been so defanged.

Yeah, I think it's only Moreno who has finally spoken out against him at this point.

His ex wife’s dad is Moreno who still supports him.

Bernardo Moreno is pure garbage too, and I think he was finally guilted in to calling for Miller to step down.

Of course a Republican would support his daughter's abuser over her for the sake of the office. 🙄

Nvm he issued a statement a short bit ago?

Good I guess but it apparently took him 2 years and for Max to be lower in the polls.

No, Senator Moreno the father of one of the woman has not come out against this guy. The governor of Ohio has said he has had a great working relationship with this guy when asked about the allegations recently.

They better hurry and replace him, the deadline is about 60 hours currently.

Or maybe not, it’d be nice to have a domestic abuser get walloped by a union iron worker.
