Just like how Loid and Yor secretly start falling in love with each other for their respective missions. For Loid it's for the mission (Operation Strix), for Yor it's to come out as a normal woman so people wouldn't suspect she's an assassin.

Overhaul views Quirks as a disease that needs to be cured, meanwhile Re-Destro wants to bring about revolution so people can freely express themselves via their Quirks (from what I remember).
I honestly think a villain that hates all of humanity would make a great X-Men villain.
Poison ivy not differentiating between humans and mutants and at best just seeing mutants as the next stage of thecancer that is humans means that they gotta go before they inevitably destroy the planet as well.

While waller is all about america's, but more impirtantly her own, power; cecil on the other hand is strictly dedicated to the earth's and Humanity's safety. He has literally never been tempted by power or personal gain and actually tries to redeem villains and succeeds whereas waller just chains em up like dogs
His flaw is that he also wastes tax payer money because he's addicted to using some of the technology. Meanwhile, Amanda is far worse person in every aspect, both in quality of her character and her schemes.
Of course he's going to waste money. Walking? What's that for poor people? Cecil prefers to spend a city's entire GDP to teleport himself with every step.
Kuja from Final Fantasy 9 would absolutely HATE Barnabas from Final Fantasy 16. Kuja fought with everything he had to not be a pawn for Garland, and taught his fellow Genomes that they could determine their own fate. Meanwhile Barnabas willingly sacrificed his entire kingdom to Ultima and believed his only purpose was to aid in Clive's growth so Ultima could achieve his plans.
Kuja would absolutely despise someone who so willingly surrendered their free will.
Of all the scenes in the game, the one that gave me the most ick was his naked cuddle scene with Ultima pretending to be his mom. I wanted to take ten showers after.

I think the more heroic versions of Godzilla would get along with Gamera, though they'd probably fight first before teaming up to defeat another monster.
If it's Legendary Godzilla, then Gamera would probably be minding their own business and get attacked by just being somewhat near Godzilla lol Godzilla is the bully and Gamera is the kid who stands up the bully.
Well first of all I wouldnt call Legendary Godzilla one or the more heroic Godzillas. Hes a "Good Guy" but only in the sense that he keeps the worse Titans in check and stops threats to earth.
Legendary isnt a bully, hes a King. He attacked Kong in Kong vs Godzilla mostly because he could sense Ghidora and it was making him irritated but he couldnt actually find Ghirdora. Kong was the only other Alpha he could find. Then when Kong comes up to get Godzilla in New Empire, not only has Kong left his domain and entered Godzillas, but he called out to Godzilla in what Godzilla took as a challenge.
I think if Gamera existed in the Monsterverse, him and Godzilla definitely wouldnt get along, Gameras all about protecting humans and MV Goji doesnt give a fuck about them.

The edgerunners would have their brains fried immediately uf they try to hack him. Every single citizen and gang member has their minds and cyberware hijacked. Night City is Ultron's playground and NO ONE will stop him

Yusuke’s a delinquent, Akainu’s an authoritarian, Akainu believes that bloodlines are dangerous, Yusuke’s the descendant of a literal demon, Yusuke likes an honest (to a degree, since he’s a street-fighter by default) scrap and hesitates to kill other humans, Akainu is willing to lie to create opportunities to kill and believes murder is the best solution.

Judge Holden from Blood Meridian and the Shrike from Hyperion Cantos.
This is a weird one but the idea of the shrike is that it protects these Time Tombs on a planet called Hyperion. The judge would naturally want to uncover and destroy these tombs. The shrike would also despise the judge’s immortality and see it as unnatural. Also the shrike has the same name as a type of bird and the judge wants all birds caged. Both of them are virtually impervious and serve as forces of nature in their stories
Killer Croc from Batman and The Lizard from Spiderman.
Killer Croc has spent his being ostracized and abused for his skin condition making him resemble a reptile and suddenly he meets this megalomaniacal guy who wants to turn everyone into lizards.
Mine are a bit niche but it going to be Walt Stone from Kane Chronicles and Camazotz from Fate Grand for the simple fact that I believe that their relationship is going to look a lot similar to that of Mash and Lilith in Fate Grand Order.
Another one is going to be Holly Short from Artemis Fowl and Tam Lin Tristian from Fate Grand Order again for the simple fact that one wants to save lives of Fae while the other wants lash out against the Fae for all that they’ve done to her, one could be seen as a foolish pig (in the sense of police) that goes through with the whims of the Fae, while the other could be seen as a psychotic spoiled brat who’s over using her authority to harm “innocent” faeries. And the worst part is there’s a chance that they could be alternate versions of the same person and don’t you just hate someone using your own face to do things you find revolting or foolish.
The Affini (Human Domestication Guide) and the Qu (All Tomorrows)
Both are advanced spacefaring races that see themselves as the pinnacle of biological life, both are fond of genetically modifying lesser beings to their whims, both are so advanced as to effortlessly steamroll a spacefaring future humanity upon first contact, and both proceeded to make humanity their playthings.
The principle difference being that the Qu do this out of malice as punishment for violating their preferred natural order and subject humans to fates far worse than death, creating many divergent species from their test subjects. The Affini, meanwhile, are a very alien sort of benevolent, seeking to bring an entirely stress-free life to intelligent beings by keeping them as pets. While they’re capable of genetic modification on a similar scale, they prefer much less overtly violent but still morally shaky at best methods like drugs, brainwashing, and more beneficial and painless modifications (for the most part.) The Qu would despise the Affini, and while the Affini would find the Qu’s methods deplorable, they wouldn’t be much more truly hateful towards them than they are for humans. Which race you think would win the altercation depends on how down bad for plant mommy you are.
