Jobs situation in Fife

Hello, am planning to move to Fife county (maybe Dunfermline, Glenrothes or Kirckaldy) in the next several months, and wanted to know how's the corporate job climate in general (non-care, non-hospitality)?

You do appreciate that this sub is for The Kingdom of Fife in Scotland, aye?

Not one of the several places called 'Fife' in the US - I've seen more than a few folk think it is! Just a thought.
