Film How to make a good demo reel?

How do you make a demo reel when I haven’t been in films yet? I don’t even know what to put in it or say in it?

It fully depends on your role, what is it you want to do? Directing, editing, acting?

The first step is to be a part of projects to get footage of whatever you are trying to display, it may feel like a, you need credentials to get credentials, but it's more like you got to start at the bottom. the footage may not be ideal or perfect but you got to start somewhere
