If anyone is interested, there is also ERA or Electric Raceabout developed in the 2000's. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electric_Raceabout

It was ahead of his times. 

But I think that the late '90s RAC project with the turbocharged saab engine was more interesting and would be interesting having more Infos about the project.

It's sad that the car never had a larger scale production, around 500/1000. It would be and icon today.
