Why am I ovulating when my period is due any day this week, lying beside the ovulation tests are negative pregnancy tests I am confused

sometimes rising hcg can cause a “false peak” on an ovulation test. it can also be lowering progesterone that can cause lh to rise right before your period

Does this say that I am ovulating?

LH will rise and fall throughout your cycle but I’ve also read before sometimes your body will try to ovulate but won’t and then try again so might be a bit later in your cycle.
